Exhibit Hall

We are very excited to introduce a cutting-edge Virtual Exhibit Hall for the 2020 ASTRO Annual Meeting. This highly interactive and engaging online environment allows attendees to visit exhibitors and learn about their products and services without leaving the comfort of their home or office. Attendees will be able to chat with booth representatives one-on-one or as a group, view product information, download marketing materials and even attend product demonstrations.  Attendees will be able to network and connect directly with exhibitors, just like you would for a live event!

Exhibit Hall Hours

Company representatives will be available to address attendee questions from 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern time from Friday, October 23, 2020, through Thursday, October 29, 2020. Outside of these times and through Monday, November 30, you will still be able to visit the Exhibit Hall and email exhibitors with any questions that you may have. 

How to Interact with Exhibitors

To enter the Exhibit Hall, use the main navigation at the bottom of the screen. Click on the icon for the Exhibit Hall to begin your visit.

Each exhibitor will have a booth on their own page within the virtual Exhibit Hall. Attendees can either browse through the entire hall to find companies or use the search feature to find a specific company by name or a variety of companies based on their product or service categories. 

Once you have entered a booth, there are several options for holding a conversation with an exhibitor. Each booth will have multiple chat features: Public Group Chat, one-on-one Private Chat, or Chat with a Representative. The public chat feature will allow everyone within the booth at the same time to chat; the one-on-one private chat can be a separate private discussion with anyone in the booth at the same time; or the chat with a representative feature allows attendees to chat with staff from the exhibiting company manning the booth at that time. Attendees will also have the option to email booth representatives at any point.

Each booth will be populated with curated content from the exhibiting company. This content may include customized videos, links to their websites, downloadable PDFs or links to the exhibitor’s own conferencing tool, such as Zoom or GoTo Meetings. Attendees can save booth content to their personal “briefcase” for easy access from the main navigation bar. From the briefcase, content can be easily shared with a colleague or download to the attendee’s computer.
