Please Note - If you have previously purchased the 2019 Coding Guide bundle (eBook and printed version) prior to registering, the price during registration will not include the Coding Bundle. You will only be charged for the registration fee for attendance.
Those who wish to register by mail or fax are asked to contact our registration center directly to receive the registration form. Forms submitted via fax or mail are subject to a $10 processing fee. To avoid this fee, we encourage attendees to register online.
RO Model Seminar - Add On
Exclusive add on event for Coding Seminar Attendees only! The RO Model Seminar will take place directly after the 2019 Coding and Coverage Seminar on Saturday, December 7, 2019, from 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. at the ASTRO Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. This seminar will help members of the radiation oncology community understand how the RO Model affects their practices and patient care. ASTRO physician volunteers and staff will share details regarding the RO Model construct and provide comprehensive insight regarding practice preparation for model implementation. RO Model Final Rule Cancellation Disclaimer
Please note, if the RO Model final rule is not issued by November 22, 2019, ASTRO will cancel the RO Model Seminar. If cancellation occurs ASTRO will fully refund registrants all registration fees paid for the add-on event. ASTRO is not liable for reimbursement of travel costs associated with the RO Model Seminar even if the seminar is cancelled. Terms and conditions of cancellation are subject to change.
The last day to register for the meeting is November 25, 2019, or until spaces are sold out. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. No on-site or walk-in registrations will be accepted the day of the meeting. The last day to cancel with a $100 cancellation fee is October 18, 2019. Registrations received after this date will not be eligible for a refund.
Individuals who register online should receive an instant email confirmation and receipt. Those who fax or mail in their registration will receive email confirmation within three to five business days.
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before October 18, 2019.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please email cancellations to our Meetings Department.
- No refunds will be given for requests received after October 18, 2019.
- Registration fees are not transferable.
- Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
