Last year we implemented a new mobile app with additional features that we are encouraging all faculty and presenters to take advantage of for the 2019 meeting. Please be sure to upload your photo, bio and your presentation. Attendees will be able to see your photo and bio under the session details. Attendees will be able to view your presentation before, during and after your session. They can follow along during the session and even take notes directly on slides. (In app presentations may not be downloaded by attendees. They are uploaded to the app as an image and is not editable in any way by attendees.)
Please NOTE: The mobile app presentation upload IS NOT associated with uploading your talk for your in-room presentation. Please upload your file for the session presentation under the Presentation header.
Plan your meeting schedule with this easy-to-use tool. In conference planner you are able to search sessions, speakers*, abstracts and exhibitors to build your own schedule.
*Please note: If you are faculty and do not see your Presentation listed under the session, you will need to ACCEPT your role in the speaker center before it appears in the conference planner.
