2019 Modern Radiotherapy for Hematologic Malignancies

ILROG Case Presentation Award

To enhance audience participation at the 2019 Modern Radiotherapy for Hematologic Malignancies meeting and promote junior faculty specializing in management of hematologic malignancies, ILROG will be recognizing ten ILROG members attending the meeting with the ILROG Case Presentation Award.

Up to ten cases (three to four in each ISRT session) will be selected by the 2019 Modern Radiotherapy for Hematologic Malignancies Program Committee. Faculty will present the awardees with their award certificate during the appropriate session.

Eligibility:

  • Must be an ILROG member or Council member.
  • Must register and attend the 2019 Modern Radiotherapy for Hematologic Malignancies meeting.
  • Must submit an ISRT case that meets the criteria below.

ISRT Case Criteria:

  • Provide a brief description of the case in one or two slides.
  • Provide appropriate, HIPAA-compliant, de-identified imaging (e.g. prechemo PET, MRI) in one or two slides.
  • Provide three slides with CT simulation and important fused imaging at different levels.
  • For each slide, provide an empty CT slice, the same CT slice but with your CTV/ITV, and a third slice that is incorrect for one reason or another.
  • Provide a slide describing the CTV/ITV.
  • Provide dose distribution for treatment plan evaluation.
  • Ensure all images are de-identified, including dates (year alone is ok), names, MRN, etc. Slides must be HIPAA-compliant.
