ASTRO's 60th Annual Meeting

Passport Program

Participation in the Survivor Circle Passport Program: A Newly Added Benefit for All Sponsorship Levels!

With the Survivor Circle Passport Program, more than 10,000 Annual Meeting attendees will see your company name and those that participate will visit your booth.

Enjoy increased traffic as registered attendees visit your booth and scan a customized QR code for the opportunity to win prizes. Your company will be listed in meeting materials as a Survivors Circle Passport Participant and the company logo and booth number will be listed on the mobile app. Your participation helps fund the Survivor Circle grant program which awards two grants of $10,000 to cancer support organizations in the host state of the Annual Meeting.

Congratulations to Candlelighters of El Paso and the Light and Salt Association for being named the 2018 Survivor Circle Grant recipients. They will be recognized at the 2018 ASTRO Annual Meeting, October 21-24, 2018, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio.

In addition to your Annual Meeting sponsorship benefits participating companies receive:

  • Signage in the Annual Meeting Exhibit Hall, including an aisle sticker at your booth.
  • Special recognition in the ASTROnews Annual Meeting Special Edition and on walk-in slides throughout the Meeting.
  • Your company’s name, logo and booth number on Passports resulting in increased attendance at your exhibit booth.

Not a Gold, Silver, Bronze or Copper Sponsor? Survivor Circle Passport Program is available separately.
