New this year, the Practical Radiation Oncology (PRO) Program, is a two-day program specifically designed for the community practice radiation oncologist. This program is held Saturday and Sunday to allow for doctors unable to leave their practice for a week to attend the premier scientific radiation oncology event. Program content is curated to keep in mind the ins and outs of a community practice and will include disease site reviews, interactive case-based discussions, a coding update and a scientific overview.Registration includes both days of program, one live SA-CME course to be held on Saturday, a networking reception and the ability to purchase the full Annual Meeting Virtual Meeting at a discounted fee.Registered full conference attendees can add the PRO Program to their existing registration at an additional fee.
Includes one-day admission to ASTRO sessions and the Innovation and Solution Showcase (Exhibit Hall). This registration does not include the Virtual Meeting. If you would like to purchase the Virtual Meeting, you may purchase it via the ASTRO website after the meeting. If you would like to attend events on Saturday, you must register for those events separately; it will not count against your one-day registration. If you would like to attend more than one day of the meeting (exception of Saturday), you must register at the full conference rate.If you are a Saturday one-day registrant and would like to add the Practical Radiation Oncology (PRO) Program to your registration, you will need to pay the full PRO Program member or nonmember rates.
ASRT and SROA attendees who have already registered directly with ASRT and SROA may attend ASTRO sessions by paying a reduced registration fee. Included in full conference registration is admission to ASTRO sessions, the Innovation and Solution Showcase (Exhibit Hall) and Virtual Meeting**. In order to receive these reduced rates, you MUST provide the registration confirmation number received from ASRT or SROA when you registered.
Registered ASRT or SROA attendees may visit ASTRO’s Innovation and Solution Showcase (Exhibit Hall) for free. You do not need to register with ASTRO. Your issued ASRT or SROA conference badge will provide you access to ASTRO’s Innovation and Solution Showcase (Exhibit Hall) during hall hours. Please note that Exhibit Hall Only registration does NOT provide access to the ASTRO sessions or ticketed events. Registered ASRT or SROA conference attendees will need to register at the ASTRO ASRT/SROA Full Conference rate to have access.
Spouse/family registration includes admission to the Innovation and Solution Showcase (Exhibit Hall). It does not include access to ASTRO sessions. Spouse/family registrants are not eligible for continuing medical educational credits. Only full conference attendees are eligible to register one spouse/family member.

The Virtual Meeting allows you to extend your learning experience by providing access to the ASTRO educational sessions after the meeting is over. You will receive streaming content that has been digitally recorded live and published as audio synchronized to faculty presentations (as approved for inclusion by presenters). Full conference attendees will have access to the recorded presentations 24 hours after each session.
ASTRO will no longer accept check payments for online registrations. If you would like to pay your registration by check, please contact the ASTRO Registration Center. Upon receipt of your check payment, your registration will be processed at the current registration rates.
