Meeting registration includes meeting materials, continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.
Breakout sessions are available to those who sign up for them. You can sign up for a breakout session at the time of online registration or onsite check-in. These sessions will break out on Friday, June 16, 2017 from 9:35 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Breakout topics include:
Please register online by using your government email address. This will walk you through the process of a government employee registration. This registration rate is only intended for government employees, per the agreement between ASTRO, NCI and SITC. Please be prepared to show your government issued identification when you check-in at the meeting.
Individuals who register online will receive an instant email confirmation. If you fax or mail in your form, your registration confirmation will be sent via email within three to five business days. This will serve as your registration receipt. All on-site registrants will receive a receipt at the time of registration.
Online registration will close Friday, June 9, 2017. Registrations after this date will be accepted onsite at the registration desk in the NIH, Natcher Building.
Please note that all mailed and faxed registration forms will be assessed a $10 processing fee. To avoid being charged this processing fee, you may register online (Available in mid-January).
