    Registration Fees, Deadlines and Categories

    This registration fee is being charged by ASTRO, a non-governmental co-sponsor, and will be applied to ASTRO’s costs of organizing the event.

    Meeting registration includes meeting materials, continental breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks.

    Breakout Sessions

    Breakout sessions are available to those who sign up for them. You can sign up for a breakout session at the time of online registration or onsite check-in. These sessions will break out on Friday, June 16, 2017, from 9:35 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. Breakout topics include:

    • Breakout 1: Local Therapies and Immune Stimulation
    • Breakout 2: Biomarkers in Immunotherapy and Radiation Oncology
    • Breakout 3: Rational Combinations of Radiation and Immunotherapy

    Government Employee Registration

    Please register online by using your government email address. This will walk you through the process of a government employee registration. This registration rate is only intended for government employees, per the agreement between ASTRO, NCI and SITC. Please be prepared to show your government issued identification when you check-in at the meeting.

    Registration Confirmation

    Individuals who register online will receive an instant email confirmation. If you fax or mail in your form, your registration confirmation will be sent via email within three to five business days. This will serve as your registration receipt. All on-site registrants will receive a receipt at the time of registration.

    Registration Deadline 

    Online registration will close Friday, June 9, 2017. Registrations after this date will be accepted onsite at the registration desk. 

    Mail/fax Form Processing Fee 

    Please note that all mailed and faxed registration forms will be assessed a $10 processing fee. To avoid being charged this processing fee, you may register online (Available in mid-January).

    Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

    • Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before May 17, 2017 . 
    • All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
    • This policy applies to both the 2017 Immunotherapy Workshop and the add on cost of the LOI Workshop. 
    • Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. 
    • No refunds will be given for requests received after May 17, 2017. 
    • Registration fees are not transferable. 
    • Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting. 

    Visa Information 

    In most cases, citizens of foreign countries will need a visa to enter the United States. It may take up to three months to obtain a visa. For additional information, please visit You must be registered and paid in full before you will be sent a visa letter of invitation.
