    *Virtual Meeting allows you to extend your learning experience by providing access to the 2017 ASTRO Annual Refresher Course. Presentations are included in the Virtual Meeting as approved per faculty. The rate will rise 30 days post-meeting from $75 ($150 Resident, $250 Member, $400 Nonmember).

    **Resident/Member-in-Training are defined as members who are residents in an accredited Radiation Oncology Program. 

  • Live SA-CME

    Select sessions have been designated as Live Self-Assessment CME (SA-CME) sessions to help physician and physicist attendees meet the requirements of the American Board of Radiology's (ABR) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Attendance at the Live SA-CME Sessions is open to all attendees, but only Live SA-CME ticket holders are eligible to earn SA-CME credit (a $50 pre-registration fee for each ticketed SA-CME session is required).   • If you wish to register by mail or fax, please contact our registration center directly to receive the registration form. Please note that forms submitted via fax or mail are subject to a $10 processing fee. To avoid this fee, please register online.

    Registration Deadline

    The last day to receive the early-bird discount is January 11, 2017. The last day to receive the advanced rate is March 15, 2017. Registrations received after this date will be charged the late rate.

    Registration Confirmation

    Individuals who register online will receive an instant email confirmation. If you fax or mail in your registration, your confirmation will be sent via email within three to five business days.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Refunds will be given only if written notification is received on or before March 15, 2017
    • All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
    • Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please email cancellations to refresherreg@spargoinc.org
    • No refunds will be given for requests received after March 15, 2017.
    • Registration fees are not transferable.
    • Registration refunds will be processed 30 days after the conclusion of the meeting.

    Visa Information

    In most cases, citizens of foreign countries will need a visa to enter the United States. It may take up to three months to obtain a visa. For additional information, please visit https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en.html. You must be registered and paid in full before you will be sent a visa letter of invitation.
