The International Journal of Radiation Oncology*Biology*Physics, also called the Red Journal due to its distinctive red cover, is the official journal of ASTRO. It is published 15 times per year. A subscription to the journal is included in the membership dues for all Active, Affiliate, Allied and International members. If you do not receive the journal as part of your membership and would like to add it, please contact ASTRO's Membership Department at 1-800-962-7876.

Your subscription includes a print copy of the journal mailed to you as well as online access to the Red Journal. Currently, members also receive online access to the Radiotherapy and Oncology, the official journal of the European Society for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology, also called the Green Journal.

ASTRO members can access the journals by logging in, then clicking the Red Journal tab on the far bottom right the next screen. You can move seamlessly among the ASTRO site, the Red Journal, and Green Journal once you have logged in here, with full access to all journal articles. Nonmembers can visit www.redjournal.org directly to view or subscribe to the journal.
