50th ASTRO Annual Meeting

Trade and consumer media are invited to attend ASTRO's Annual Meeting, scheduled for September 21-25, 2008, in Boston.

News releases will be scheduled for release throughout the meeting to help reporters filter the hundreds of cutting-edge research studies being presented at the meeting. We will also be holding a news briefing on the most ground-breaking studies. ASTRO communications staff will also be available to help facilitate interviews with researchers. There will also be secondary sources available as well as news briefings. All media professionals who register for press credentials will receive a comprehensive press kit before the meeting and a complimentary copy of the Final Program and CD-ROM on site. Reporters attending the meeting will also be entitled to use the on site media facilities, which include computers with Internet access and wireless capabilities, laser printers and telephones. Complimentary food and drinks will also be provided throughout the meeting in the press room.
