ASTRO’s 2008 Annual Meeting will be held September 21-25 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. Those interested in applying for the Survivor Circle Award can fill out the application below and return it to the ASTRO offices by August 1, 2008. You must be a resident of the Boston area and have been treated with radiation therapy to qualify.
