PREREGISTRATION is now CLOSED.
If you would like to register for the 2008 Spring Refresher, you will have to register on site at the meeting. On site registration will be open beginning Thursday, April 3, from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. in the Nueces/Travis room on the second floor of the JW Marriott Houston.

Friday, April 4 - 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, April 5 - 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

***Nurse Member rate applies to ASTRO Nurse members only. If you are a nurse and would like to receive this rate you will need to become a member of ASTRO.
Virtual Meeting Information
The 2008 Spring Refresher Program provides you with the unique opportunity to learn from the expert presenters, as well as preserve the program and all its vital information and compelling presentations. The recorded sessions provide an excellent informational recap and are a great training tool and informational source for those who could not attend. Please see registration information for pricing details.
Registration Deadline
The last day to advance register for the ASTRO Spring Refresher Program is March 20, 2008. Registrations received after this date will be charged the on site rate.
Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be given only if written notification is received before March 19, 2008.
- All refunds are subject to a $100 processing fee.
- Telephone cancellations will NOT be accepted.
- NO REFUNDS will be given after March 19, 2008.
- Registration refunds will be processed 60 days after the conclusion of the meeting.
- Registration fees are nontransferable.
Visa Information
Citizens of foreign countries, in most cases, will need a visa to enter the United States. It may take up to three months to obtain a visa. For additional information, please visit www.unitedstatesvisas.gov. You must be registered and paid in full before you will be sent a visa letter.
