Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) represents one of the most significant technical advances in radiation therapy that shows significant potential for further improving the therapeutic ratio and reducing toxicity to the cancer patient. ASTRO’s IMRT Practicum combines didactic sessions, panel discussions and hands-on sessions for target delineation and treatment planning. This year’s meeting also includes panel discussions on Organ Motion Management and Head and Neck Contouring.
