New this year, ASTRO is offering a one-day training designed to help prepare you and your hospital for potential radiation incidents. From evaluating and treating patients to talking to the press, this course prepares you to participate in your local emergency response team. The course will take place Saturday, September 20, from 10:15 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. There is a modest registration fee associated with this event to cover a boxed lunch and administrative costs associated with CME. Continuing education credits are available for physicians and physicists.
