ASTRO's 48th Annual Meeting was held November 5-9, 2006, in Philadelphia. The theme, Topographic and Biologic Targeting in Radiation Oncology, focused on the increased importance of targeting both biological signaling pathways and tumor topography with improved imaging and precision radiotherapy.
