The ASTRO membership list is available for sale to exhibitors that may want to reach a larger prospective universe to promote your company’s presence at the meeting and to increase booth traffic. To order the ASTRO membership list, download the Mailing List Order Form or contact Eugene Kim.

Purchase the pre-show mailing list and make sure that attendees know where to find you at the ASTRO Annual Meeting.

Online Exhibitor Listing
More and more attendees are discovering the power of the Internet and what an invaluable source of information it truly is. With your exhibitor product listing on the ASTRO Web site, you can educate attendees about the products and services that your company offers long before they arrive at the meeting. Your information will remain on the ASTRO Web site up to six months after the meeting is over, keeping your company’s name in attendee minds long after the meeting has ended.
Each exhibitor receives a complimentary, level one listing on the ASTRO Web site with the purchase of exhibit space.

Industry Satellite Symposia
ASTRO is pleased to provide a venue for Industry Satellite Symposia in conjunction with the Annual Meeting. Industry Satellite Symposia, or ISS, refers to any activity, educational in nature, that is independently organized, offered by another organization and requested to be appended to the ASTRO Annual Meeting. This includes, but is not limited to any educational activity that carries Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit not supported by ASTRO. Any organization interested in holding an ISS program must submit a written application to the ASTRO Department of Education.
