Welcome to the 50th ASTRO Annual Meeting
We invite you to attend the 50th ASTRO Annual Meeting that is scheduled to take place in Boston on September 21 - September 25, 2008. ASTRO’s Annual Meeting is the premier scientific meeting in radiation oncology and is designed to address the educational needs of radiation oncologists, physicists, biologists, nurses and other healthcare professionals involved in the field of radiation oncology, as well as oncologists working in related specialties.
The theme of this year’s meeting is “50 Years of Learning, Caring and Collaboration in the Treatment of Cancer Patients.” Work has already begun to bring the history of ASTRO to life during the meeting by highlighting the accomplishments of our past. A major focus of the meeting will be to address lessons learned and future directions.
In addition to a top-notch scientific program, the Annual Meeting also serves as an industry focal point, offering excellent interaction with the vendor community. You won't want to miss our 2008 Exhibit Hall that will display the latest product developments and technology in cancer treatment and care.
