ASTRO Logo and Show Logo Usage

The ASTRO logo can only be used by ASTRO.

The ASTRO show logo has strict guidelines for usage:

1. The ASTRO show logo cannot be used without the express, written permission of ASTRO.
2. A written request to use the logo must be received by ASTRO at permissions@astro.org.
3. ASTRO must see the piece that the logo is going to be used on prior to sending the logo to the company wishing to use it.
4. The piece must be approved by ASTRO’s CEO or Board before it can be printed.
5. If the piece is approved, the logo will be sent over to requestor.
6. The logo cannot be used in any way to appear as an endorsement from ASTRO.
7. The ASTRO show logo must never be used at the center or top of the publication.
8. The ASTRO show logo may never be larger than the requestor’s logo.
9. The requestor’s logo must always appear on the material with the ASTRO show logo.
10. All final material must be approved by ASTRO before printing.
