Interview Guide
Confirm your interview soon after receiving your interview invitation.
Write Thank you notes to everyone you interview with immediately.
Consider taking a second look at programs you were interested in.
Try and group interviews together in the same geographic region to save money.
Make sure to talk to residents in the absence of attendings. If you don't, the program may be trying to hide something from you.
Dress conservatively. Men should wear suits and women should wear appropriate business attire. Make sure your clothes are ironed to display an air of professionalism.
Always have questions ready to ask at the end of the interview.
Review your CV or application the night before the interview.
Research the program before you go. Know if certain institutions are famous for a certain site or technology.
Smile and remember just as they are evaluating you, this if your chance to evaluate the program as well.
